Nedbank Tembisa Mall

On Friday 23rd May, I went to collect my credit card that I was not informed of its delivery. I was disappointed with the attitude and service that I received.

In order to collect my card, I drove all the way from my work place in Germiston to Tembisa Mall. When I arrived at Tembisa Mall at about 16.01, the Consultant's name, or whatever her position was, Thulisile - trying to explain to her that I do not know why my card was sent to Tembisa Mall. She was extremely rude and did not even listen to me when I explained to her. I am now thinking of going elsewhere because of the pathetic service. I really am so disappointed with Nedbank.
