nedbank telkom airtime
On the 2 October i bought R120 telkom mobile airtime using my nedbank money app but have never received it. I got a verification sms but but have not yet received the airtime. I phone telkom twice they said i must talk to my bank cause it doesnt show on their side. The guy at nedbank told me he is going to exscalate it and it going to take 5 working days before they get back to me. Im really getting angry at this why do i have to wait 5 working days.

11 Oct 2019, 12:55 I bought R120 airtime from my nedbank account on the 2 October. I have received a notification sms to say that the airtime has been paid for. On my 8ta sim no airtime has come thru nedbank keep on giving me reference nr 8ta keep telling i should contact my bank It is more than 5 days already. What is taking so long.
