Nedbank TAT's are shameful

As if things are not hard enough financially for a single mom, I went to deposit money at an atm as the branch is still closed. Right in the middle of the transaction they damn machine REBOOTS. The last money I had which was a loan for petrol as I have an interview on Tuesday. Called Nedbank who told me their TAT is 4 working days. THAT'S NEXT THURSDAY. So now I must make a choice between food, petrol, and emergency money because nobody at NEDBANK doesn't understand that their machines failed ME. I'm so upset that I'm sitting in the car with tears as already I'm flat broke with no petrol and a low electricity balance.
