Nedbank-talk to us-PLZ

I have been trying for months now to get someone who can explain the advertised SOLAR ENERGY FINANCE to me. When in a branch no one know about it. when asking online for replies, no one comes back to you. Does such a finance exist? Then I wanted to register or online banking, having an old cellphone nr on my home loan I had to visit a Nedbank branch. Living in De Aar the closest branch is in Kimberley. More than 300km away. I went to the branch ,changed my cellphone nr and repeatedly ask if that is all I need to do in order to register for online banking. I was told a resounding YES. When I got back home I tried registering only to be told that I need a nedbank card- which I do not have OR a profile nr and pin - Which I ALSO do not have and didn't even know about. I have tried contacting the branch that I visited in Kimberley at North Cape mall with NO success. Messages to phone me keep on being taken but NO ONE phones me. I am at the stage where I will rather then move my home loan to a bank that is accessible to me and willing to help me.
