Nedbank taking whats not theirs

My nedbank loan was settled by the 16th of october 2020.i called in and they said to me loan has been settled mo ey received and my account wont be debited any further for this loan. Thr 19th of October 2020 account was debited for the loan. Spent more than an hour with the call centre, was moved form personal loan collections to customer care to client care, back and fourth to different departments, each department insisted the next department can assist. Today the 20th of october im stil making calls trying to get my money back. Its alot of money for me. They now say it will take 3 to 5 days to get back. I have debits that need to go off the wont be able to go off and will now be unpaid.
