Nedbank taking to long to deliver credit card and feedback.

My husband app**** for a gold credit card on the 10th Of September. Every other day he has to phone to follow up on his process. The card has been approved. Went to Nedbank on Monday 28th September a consultant assisted him with the fica docs and said that he will receive the card within 2 days still heard nothing. My husband phoned again this morning and they're excuse was that nobody gave them the approval of where to deliver the card,But the bank consultant said that it will be delivered in Pretoria North or Wonderpark mall within 2 days. This is absolutely poor sevice!
