Nedbank taking time to open frozen account

My husband has an account with nedbank which was frozen by sars , sars gave the go ahead for the bank to open the account , it’s been two months and the bank manager at the boulders Midrand branch keeps telling his that it’s eminent and to keep checking at the atm if Hos account is open
