Nedbank taking money off your account hoping not to be noticed.

On checking my account today, I see Nedbank have slipped in a charge- GB Linkage fee-R27. When they started this ridiculous Greenbacks mandatory saving with their customers-R16 a month at the time, a few years ago, I phoned and told them to cancel it. If I want to save R16 a month I am quite capable of doing it myself-I don't need Nedbank doing it for me, and giving you a card which you no doubt pay a fee for yearly to renew. They cancelled it and I cut up the card and that was at least 3 years ago, maybe more. Now it has crept back into my account without so much as 'a by your leave'. I am sick of Nedbank putting the squeeze on customers with these charges that sneak in with probably thousands of people not noticing. I have been told that it should be reversed within 3 working days. It had better be. Took a half hour phone call to do it. Nedbank used to be good but not any more, although their call centre guys are very polite which helps. I am waiting to see if it gets reversed.
