Nedbank takes my refunds

Horrible bank and customer service last month I made a purchase with temu and returned items. They didn't issue the refund but said it went to fees that weren't visible on statement. That was June 11th and 12th. I recently did a refund which I knew I would do and it would prove how ******* and *********** they are they threw me around Lesley lady just sent me to a different line Mphumzi saw everything and proved that I was right before. He was reading everything that corresponds with my statement not telling me about things that are not there like Lungile Kunene y'all failed to see error on your end and pinned it on me.
