Nedbank takes entire salary

Good evening

After complaining about My personal Loan matter and being refunded The retail collection department Deducted R10800.00 from my account.

I was called on the 21th of December informing me of the refund. I asked the consultant if a debit order will be done on the 28th of December 2016 and she informed me that the next debit order will only be done on the 28th of January 2017

I asked her how will I pay my instalment of December she told me that I can do a eft payment.

Before I could pay the instalment the deducted more than my entire salary.

I logged a call on the 29 th of December 2016 asking them to fix the situation.

I received a call on the 5th about my personal loan instalment which I asked about the call logged on the 29th.

I was informed that it was declined.

I explained the entire story again to the consultant and the team member called me back that an immediate reversal will be done.

I have been calling the retailer recovery department since then but they said I should wait 7 to 14 working days during which period Nedbank leaves their client without his salary and no one to help me.

This is totally unfair as the mistake was made from the banks side and not my side. My agreement is that my account should be debited every month with R1000.00 on the 28th of the month.

The debit order was done on the 10th without notifying me.

Can I please talk to someone at Nedbank who can help me as retail recovery said they cant.

I need to know who can help me at Nedbank to rectify this matter.

The branch cannot help me they said call, call centre.

Call centre can’t help me.

So please somebody help me
