Nedbank Systems and ATMs are Stupid!

What a HORRIBLE experience. I went to deposit money at an Nedbank ATM. A simple seamless process right? No, not at Nedbank. Their ATM managed to collect my money but not deposit it into any account. I went inside the Bank and they told me to join the queue to wait for a teller, which I did. I get to the teller the teller told me there was no need for the wait they should have just logged a call. Now ok, when will I get money? 4-5 working days, for an ATM deposit which is supposed to be immediate. In short, just don't do it, stay away from Nedbank.
