nedbank System decides when to follow the rules and when not to

Sometimes, you have to cut old relations and find new ones. I have been with Nedbank for many years now, and always interbank transfers, clear the next day. So I get a standard bank transfer, at 1pm, and by 8am the next day the money reflects. unless it is done on Saturday night or Sunday, it will clear the following Monday. I got a transfer Monday, cleared Tuesday, get a transfer Tuesday, and today is Wednesday still not cleared. Nedbank chat support says the rule for Nedbank for inter bank transfers is 48 hours waiting, which I have never experienced, Now, all of a sudden their system wants to work this way am told sorry, nothing we can do, just suffer until it clears basically.

So, it is time to say goodbye Nedbank, I wish you well, with rules that differ from day to day, and where you system gets to make decisions by itself. the story told is one of a fairy tale, I am an adult and do not believe in fairytales.

Anybody suggest a better Bank than Nedbank?
