Nedbank sux, been voted not just me but worst bank in country

I can't leave the ****pies bank in the country, actually voted thus, highest charges worst service, as it would cost me 410000 to move my account. I receive no statements so when I went to ask for them I was informed it would cost me 65 per month to get 2 lots of 3 month statements. I have had nothing but trouble w this institution, and not never a manager or consultant available but uou can see them all walking around w their mugs ..the term the teller users is on their tea break...PERMANETLY, Their are so many companies who have friendly efficient staff, you'd think your bank you've been with would at least supply BASIC customer decency considering what they charge for being always on tea Break. I have reviewed them before but they so colossal a company their dear valued customer doesn't apply. Let them know that they should wander around on their never ending tea breaks at blue route mall cape Town and ashes Fuji film, woolworths, checkers, capital, first national, and take notes as thos people really make an effort
