Nedbank supsends account over Fica

How does Nedbank suspend an account for not being fica registered when firstly they ask me to come in and re-fica my account every 3 months. Now its gonna take them 48 hrs to reopen it after I gave them all my details and documents agian. I have biils to pay. This is ridiculous
