Nedbank support needs support really

I took a personal loan and I was told if I deposit into a Cheque account I'll get 300 monthly which I did and noted to the sales person I wony move my salary because I am happy with my bank

Then I never received a single payment of these promised 200 but I was charged a Cheque account fee which I mentioned I don't need and have never used, I paid the first fee and now each month I am being charged. Tried to call support to close this silly Cheque account but the support is as great as receiving the first 200

Seriously not a fan of Nedbank based on their support, the support team is letting sales down

Pls cancel this silly Cheque account and use one of the 200 to pay whatever

Oh and someone pls don't mention terms of condition about moving your salary because I ain't interested and I've made that known
