Nedbank sucks. Worst service ever

I had loans with Nedbank and couldn't afford to pay anymore due to circumstances. They kept calling and we agreed Interest will not be added as I.was no longer working. I committed to paying 50 or 100 which was also difficult. I called them yesterday only to find rude manager. They didn't even look at the email I sent only interested in what she wanted to hear. I'm so disgusted by their service. I always thought they were a better bank but the experience was so bad. I asked for a discount on the loans cause it's 3 but to show she didn't even look she continued. When they put managers they need to train them customer service cause they suck. With the interest you can finish building a 3room house I emailed nrr@nedbank up to now no one responded since they requested my ID number.
