Nedbank sucks to

Had call from Capitec saying trying to draw money from wife’s Acc *** .Daid they sent email to Nedbank saying we must check Got call from supposed to be Nedbank .Asked my wife all sorts of questions even had her password Phoned Nedbank ***** they blocked everything Said we must go to Nedbank at montage gardens been here over an hour They can’t sort it out All we wanted was to reinstate our Acc as our car at service and can’t pay . Where the hell are the managers today who could help At 77 my wife can’t stand here all day. Send her to someone else then Bach to stand in queue .Anther 20 minutes Got to back at 9.40 Itvis now 11-09 still waiting
