Nedbank Sucks

Disgusting service from the Manager to the consultant. Our account was changed and therefore couldn't do any EFT payments. Called the Nedbank Centre and was told to go into the store who will assist and rectify the problem. Went to the branch on three occasion but was told they are off-line as Nedbank was busy upgrading their systems. We couldn't make any payment to our staff but had to issue cheques [which are very expensive]. After 3 weeks, we saw the consultant who now tried to assist us. After 3 hours in the bank, we were told that the system is off line again and we must try again the next day. Can you imagine the frustration we endured. Only the next day, the problem was resolved. Nedbank to date has not yet re-imbursed us for the cheque charges as it was their fault. Disappointed service. Risecliff Secondary School
