Nedbank sucks

Pathetic pathetic pathetic! I firstly (NOT THE FIRST TIME I STRUGGLE WITH NEDBANK) struggled to close my account and there is money in my account that they should transfer (which to date they have not), but they just gave me the run around and wrong information (where is the training?)! ****** quick to take your money but when you want your money it's a struggle! They love wasting your time and money (and airtime too) still no answer! Good riddance... I have been struggling 5 days with them and visited the branch like they said STILL NOTHING AND WRONG INFORMATION WAS GIVEN TO ME AFTER I WAITED LONG TO BE HELPED! No man and you expensive too!
