Nedbank Sucks

So here in Strand Cape town, i tried to open a business account with Nedbank and what a fustrating experience it has been. There are three branches close to me i first went to Strand only to be told they dont have a business dpt. Went to somerset west branch only to be told the manager is away on leave, finally went to somerset mall abd the lady Adrianne* i delt with had no clue whats happening, told me to e- mail my documents to her so she can forward to her seniors. This bank is a joke and i dont think they are serious about new business.
