You miss a payment and a day later nedbank threatens you with a summons. They double deduct an instalment which overdraws your account, you get a sms that you are overdrawn, no apology and nedbank then ignores you. Disgusting behaviour. There is no communication between departments. Their incompetence is on another level. Their online banking is also unreliable, to put if mildly.
