Nedbank SUCKS AND RIPS PEOPLE OFF

How you you spell inefficient? N E D B A N K MEYERSDAL BRANCH I went into the Nedbank Meyersdal branch on Monday the 19th of April to transfer money from Nedbank to Capitec. They cant do and immediate transfer and then charge me R135.00 to transfer money...let's not forget they already charge bank fees. The women who served me, and I won't mention her name because I think she will get fired...had no idea what she was doing and had to ask a colleague the whole time how to do a transaction. She couldn't even email me the proof of transfer. 48 hours PLUS later the money has not even left my account...so for R135.00 you get NOTHING from Nedbank. It costs R8.00 to do a transfer from Capitec to another bank...R135.00 from Nedbank to do NOTHING. WHY DO WE PAY NEDBANK OR ANY COMPANY TO DO NOTHING. Nedbank...what's happened to you!?!?!?!
