Nedbank Sucks!!!!!!

Sooooo frustrated with Nedbank Home Loans and collections departments. I pay my home loan every month and when I woke up this morning, I was double debited for my home loan. As I am writing this my account is sitting on a ZERO balance. My debit orders are going to bounce and then who needs to fit the bill for extra charges and the bounced debit order fees.

I need help and urgently because I cannot be back paying debit orders for an error that I did make! I need to be compensated for the bounced debit orders and also for the unpaid and fees. I am being majorly inconvenienced due to this.
