Nedbank sucks

I had 3 paypal transactions on my credit card which were not mine. I reported this to nedbank a few days ago. It took me25 minutes to get through to a consultant. I was told that they will email me a form but 3 days later I have still not received any form or feedback. I cannot get through to anyone at the ***** call center. Nedbank customer service is pathetic. Please help me with a refund of these ********** transactions
