Nedbank sucks!

From day one had issues with my Nedbank credit card. Only swiped the card once and was faulty. Received a new card and was charded intrest on both credit cards. Wanted to cancel the card and was told will only pay R20-00 a month intrest because of the lockdown. Was only done once for me, last month. I will not refer anyone to Nedbank. Even got a home loan from Nedbank but thinking goung to another bank.
