Nedbank sucks

After I showed proof of payment of over 1mil I still strggled to pay off my bond which the money was meant for. Their service is extrmely bad focussing on sunwardpark branch.been busy now for over an hour to do transaction and their mr brown from headoffice informed me that I should have given them notice that I was expecting such a big amount. They did not have a problem when I invested a large amount earlier also
