NEDBANK SUCKS!!

Nedbank SUCKS!!!!!!!!!! i moved banks recently, received all documents and signed contracts did everything you needed. Got phoned for additional information and submitted those papers. After a week i queried when will i receive my card because online still shows no active account.

To which i get a reply "we have not active accounts for you, am i sure i opened and account with nedbank"... wow well done nedbank, way to keep your finger on it. The account information i received was already passed on to my employer which according to them is not nedbank so who the hell knows. Worst banking experience
