Nedbank Sucks

Last month my Nedbank credit card debited me on the 24th of which I've set up my debit date to be 26th. The consultant I spoke to said she can see the date is set for 26th so she don't understand why they've tried to debit on the 24th. I then requested to cancel my debit order and I will transfer the funds myself every month. This agent advised that she has cancelled my debit order. I then transferred R580 on 28 Apr to pay my credit card. This month thinking that the debit order was removed they've debited my current account with the amount of R580 yesterday again. Why Nedbank Why??? I then called yesterday for assistance to reverse this debit order because this was debited without authorisation from me. I said I would pay manually every month moving forward on the 26th of which an agent advised it was all sorted. I then called your customer care this morning of which I found out there is extra charges because when my credit card tried debiting on 24th last month there was no funds in my current account. 1 - I want that charge removed because YOU are at fault for debiting me on the incorrect date which was not setup on your system. 2 - I want yesterdays debit order of R580 reversed because legally YOU have no authorisation to debit my account since I've requested to cancel the debit order option and make manual payments from this month onwards. For the last few months ever since I took the credit card with NEDBANK, the service I received just SUCKS. I want my R580 back into my current account and I will make manual payments monthly for my credit card. I just don't trust the credit card facility to get it right with activating the debit order option. NEDBANK CREDIT CARD DEPARTMENT SUCKS. I REGRET THE DAY I TOOK THAT OPTION. I WILL CERTAINLY NOT USE THAT CARD AGAIN AND CANCEL THAT CARD ONCE PAID UP.

Can I trust Nedbank to sort this out today or will this just be another epic fail from your side?
