Nedbank sucks!!!

Nedbank sucks!!!!, i was supposed to be debited on the 27th but i was not, so i called and i was transferred to collections waited for 20 min no one picked up!!!, until i ran out of airtime, how the hell do i pay my credit card since they are failing to debit on their side and too busy to pick up calls!!!
