Nedbank sucks

I'm having problems with nedbank, went to risk branch they couldn't help I waited for more than 20 minutes but they couldn't help me .now I've updated their app hut cant seem so go through with it and yet have all the relevant information that has been requested,can go through with my translation what the use of having an app that not user friendly and they bank doesn't help still I'm so ****ed
