Nedbank sucks

I am very disappointed with Nedbank I opened a savings account. A consultant decided to open a 32days account. All my money and salary went to a 32 days account without my consent. I am stuck with no money for christmas.What am I going to give my family for christmas? My debts are not paid. I have kids to take care of. I want my money now, its mine and don’t belong to the bank. I dont mind cancel the account and take my business elsewhere.
