Nedbank sucks

I settled my home loan with Nedbank 13 August. Today they tell me I need to do a 2nd settlement... They want me to use a Nedbank approved lawyer, but I must call them to assign one. They can see the account is settled, they want their lawyer to handle it so do your job. This is why I closed my Nedbank cheque account.
