Nedbank SUB-STANDARD service

App**** for credit card on 12 December 2019. Numerous calls later I was in branch today to collect my card. Needless to say I could not get the card because Fika takes up to 48 hours....... Is it standard procedure for Nedbank to take more than 3 weeks on a simple credit applocation?
