Nedbank stupid service

Got ****** a few days ago and I lost my phone and I phoned Nedbank to block my app. Today got inside the Nedbank branch so that I could increase my limit and I was told they won't be able to do so without my phone... How insane is that I mean I just lost my phone and I need help... Nedbank please fix your system.
