Nedbank study loans- a comedy of errors

My daughter has a study loan with Nedbank, she has done very well. She graduated last year with BA law. Now she Is doing a further 2 years LLB law to graduate. We app**** in May'18 for a further loan to pay the University this year, but to date the whole thing has been a comedy of errors, with no finalisation on the loan.

I have been with Nedbank since 1983, but the service now has been awful, I submitted all documents as requested, then the wanted bank statements even though I bank with Nedbank, then they wanted more payslips, then the documentation was incorrect because I received a salary increase, etc, etc,. My branch at Northmead (Tumi) has given up saying that they don't know what to do. In the meantime the University remains unpaid. Great hey ?? My daughter is Alison de Jesus ********** 117080
