Nedbank Student Loans

We app**** mid Februaruy 2025 application for daughters 3rd year studies (first 2 years Nedbank geanted loans after we had to jump through loops). After 3 weeks we started following up with consultant - no response - after 3rd follow up request consultant phone back and we had a interview via phone. Again, no feedback. Another 3 requests later - we received message - loan declined we need 2nd surity. We forward documentaion. No feedback from Nedbank. We sent yet another update request - sorry 2nd surity also declinded. We supp**** answers to all the reasons they mentioned 27 March 2025 - consultand said that she will forward all to die Loans Manager. 28 March still no communication from Nedbank. We sent follow up and again receibed communication dated 27 March - declined. So now the student sits half way through her 4 year degree studies which she now have to give up. How is so going to find a job without completed degree? How arw she supposed to pay back her exising loans without employment, and according to Nedbank, we as surities are clearly not in a financial position to repay loan on behalf of the student. We cannot apply for NASFAS due to income bracket and we cannot secure loan due to affordability.
