Nedbank Student Loan - Pathetic Service

I app**** for a student loan for my son. I app**** on the 10th of July, and to date, I still have not had any communication back whether it's been approved or not.? I have sent all documents as requested.

3-month Bank Statement Student Registration Proof of residence Payslip SAFPS ***** Letter I need urgent feedback with regards to this matter.
