Nedbank student loan

Morning I didn't expect this to happen cause I know most the bank consultant do their work accordingly I have a problem with one Nedbank consultant Philisiwe Sithole working at Kingsmead Campus Phase 2, 3rd Floor, 90 Bram Fischer Road, Durban, 4001 I was applying for a student loan she was who was helping me with all of this via phone 9kay after she give her email to send my application and the documents I had to send on the 31/05/2021 it take 7 to 14 days for me to get a respond On Thursday I decided to call ask how far is the process I spoke to 3 other consultant the said to me my application was not captured I asked myself how cause my application was sent to Philisiwe im unhappy with her service cause now she asking me to send the application again in not going to that I want her out the company cause she doesn't do her work properly my corse is about to start soon
