Nedbank strikes one more time.

Nedbank now is unwilling to allow me to change from a Migoals plus to a migoals pay as you go account, without closing and opening accounts. This is not a simple deal, as my salary gets paid into the plus account, and to change that will be a two month ordeal.

The whole reason for me wanting to downgrade my account is because Nedbank has in all the years of numerous attempts been unable to merge the two CIS numbers that they have created for my accounts. Meaning I am not able to fully utilise the benefits of the greenbacks rewards programme. I have had to transfer my funds to Capitec in order to enjoy their rewards programme benefits.

I have been to the branch many many times over many many years, and they just can't seem to get it right.

I will therefore not recommend this bank, simply because their admin is not up to par with other banks.
