NEDBANK STRIKES AGAIN!

Yesterday, 12th November 2025. Nedbank Sent me an email, claiming that they will be closing my bank account because I am owing an amount of R13,361.80. They claim that they have tried to contact me which they have not. I called Nedbank this morning completely confused. My account is currently overdrawn with R491.48 because i have not been working since MAY so i have no salary to go in there. I can balance that account out but WHERE DID THE 13,361.80 come from? Who am i donating that money to. Your agents all they will call back, or I should hold and they will be in touch. I am still waiting.

This is so unacceptable. I have never gotten any communication from NEDBANK except when you feel you should close my bank account for amounts, I HAVE NEVER OWED Nedbank that much money and your *********** agents have no idea how to assist me.
