Nedbank stop it... Not this time

It is very disappointing that till this day nedbank has decided to ignore my aunt EM Moloi, Identity number ***, concerning her home insurance claim after her house over flooded during the December flash floods in Protea Glen Soweto. As I write this complaint, her doctor has just told her that her HYPERTENSION is starting to complicate due to the stress nedbank has blatantly chose that the old lady doesn't deserve to be serviced with any urgency. Moreover, the doctor has also confirmed that her bad eating during due to the fact that her kitchen furniture including the stove and fridge were also destroyed in the disaster, thus she is borderline to suffer a stroke. I guess nedbank will be happiest for us as family to loose the only remaining matriarch and elder in this family. I am considering seeking assistance from the lawyers. The family cannot afford to loose the fourth elder in 6months... Nedbank come on!!!....
