Nedbank stole my money

Last year between November and December 2021 I lost money on my Nedbank account. I reported to the Nedbank crime prevention department and to the Nedbank manager in Jozini where I opened an account but I didn't get any help. I tried to call them to find out what was happening with my money, i didn't get any help. To my surprise, i received a phone call from a debt collector claiming that i owed money to Nedbank. I'm asking for help so that Nedbank can return my money
