Nedbank stole my money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Tuesday My manageress of my small business went to the Nedbank ATM in York Street to deposit cash, a large sum for a small business. During transaction the ATM switched off. Now where is my money? It has now been 2 days and I still do not have any feedback from Nedbank, this is money my business needs to function. Nedbank don't care about the small business. There is no manager or department I can speak to. My relationship manager emails are not even answered.
