Nedbank stole my money and keeps giving me excuses and **** promises!!!

Been with nedbank since 2015 and looks like I'll have to change banks. Needbank charged me twice for a loan I have with them on the 31st of January, and I got in touch with them and got my money back. They than did the same on the 28th of February, and I called them on the same day and they told me to send them an email to a specific email which I did. On the 7th of March, I called to follow-up, as I hadn't received any feedback and they told me they didn't receive my email(I use my Gmail everyday. I receive and send emails everyday and no one has ever not received my email). They asked me to resend it and I did and they received it and said they'd escalate this for me. I call again on the 10th of March to follow up and was told the enquiry was received and is awaiting approval from management. I follow up again on the 14th of March and was told it wasn't escalated and the lady said she'll escalate it again and make sure I have feedback by Monday latest. Till today, the 21st of March I haven't received my money back, nor any feedback. I've even submitted a formal complaint and was given a reference which their chat agents say they don't recognize when I ask for a follow up. I've missed 3 important debit orders due to this and both my phones have been blocked since I haven't paid, and Nedbank is playing games with me. Nedbank has went on further to charge me for debit orders that bounced on my account even though it was their fault that they did. Telkom charges around R200 per failed debit order, which I'll have to pay for. MTN charges less than that but both will charge me for reactivating my phones, and I'll have to pay for that when It's Nedbank's fault. I also haven't been able to pay for my cell phone insurance because of this, of which if anything happens to my iPhones, I won't be able to claim since this months bill wasn't paid. Mind you, besides the constant calls to their loans department, I've been on their chat and twitter channels almost everyday, and they just keep making **** promises. At this point, I'll have to change banks, and if I didn't care for my credit profile, I'd stop paying the loan I have with them. Nedbank, you can keep my money and wipe your asses with it!!!
