Nedbank stole my money

Nedbank customer care n bluff branch atms are completely useless. Their bluff branch atm malfunctions and does not give me my money from a cardless transaction. In the cameras you will see me on the phone talking and you will see a number of people looking irritate. All complaining about how there are issues with atms constantly.

1st agent gives useless advice even though im telling him the money is stuck. He tells me try the next atm. Try it n it says voucher already used. Obviously i just dam said the money stuck in the 1st machine.

Go to Hollywood bets n long story short the problem on Nedbank side. On the phone with 1 of the most dizzy agents ever named WANDILE who responds 1way EH, Ah n other ****. Completely useless says he transfering me to his manager the call is 1 hr 19mins now and no manager. Instead Nedbank stupid music playing.

I want my dam money you ****ing *******. Give your staff proper training!!!! As i am typing im still holding for a manager. Is Nedbank gonna pay me back for airtime.
