NEDBANK STOLE MY MONEY

This has to be the most sh***tiest bank. I deposited money via the ATM, didn’t get my slip and was told that the machine was full. Even after they confirmed that the money was in fact received by the atm, it’s still not reflecting on my phone. ALL MY QUERIES HAVE BEEN DECLINED AND IT’S BEEN OVER TWO WEEKS NOW. I want my money
