Nedbank stole my money

On the 21st of October 2024 I bought a data bundle for my wife using the Nedbank online banking app. The transaction was successfully charged but the data was never delivered to my wife's phone. I have been in constant back and forth with the Nedbank team and to date they still took my money and we do not have anything in return for it. I will pursue legal action against Nedbank for theft.
