Nedbank stole my money
I had opened an investment account with nedbank, I had made a deposit on the 28/11/2024, on the 30/11/2024 I noticed that my account was closed and the money was gone, I contacted the support via my app on Sunday the 1/12/2024 and was told that he could see the problem and my account would be credited and I should open another investment account, I called in many times since then with no help I call in today and was told that there’s no trace of my money What do I do now

04 Dec 2024, 10:26I need nedbank to tell me if my accounts and my money is safe with them, my salary goes into a nedbank account, will I wake up tomorrow and find my account closed and my money gone and be told that there’s nothing they can do
