Nedbank stole my money

To my disappointment I find only 2000 in my account when I am supposed to have 19000. And as you can expect I got zero help at the bank and via phone calls. Nedbank branch at Northgate mall requested me to go to Durban to sort out. When I call them they said there is nothing they can do. They have ****** my money!!! And the service is so poor. I would not suggest using Nedbank. **********!
