Nedbank stole my money

Good day<br> May name is Anna Msiza, In 2012-April I was approach by a Nedbank agent. He told me about the savngs account which I openned with him. Since I bank with nedbank. Arrangements were made that the amount of 200 will be debided from my primary acc. It was until recent that I noticed that the debit had stopped Jan 2014. I went to the branch and they said the acc was frozen, they were investigating why. The consulted in jubilee mall by the name Thabo. Confirmed that the money is visible. Fews days later my money from the primary acc, disappeared. (500). When I enquire they say they can't see it on the system, I should check after few days, it will be reversed. Until now the money is gone. NedbAnk now wants proof from me to show that the money was in the account. So now when I also told them that I want to close the savings account. They say my account doesn't have money. & bring them proof. I need all my money to be reversed into my account. So I can close the account because its clear that. Nedbank is not reliable. Callcentre, branches can not help me. Your assistance is hereby sought.
